Build a One Page Real Estate Site

We own a bunch of domains. I need a one page website built for each domain. This project is for only one domain. The web page shall be: 1.) Only one page in depth. 2.) In the nature of real estate. You will be required to research facts about a specific town in the U.S. and write about it in 15-20 sentences. If you can't write in absolute perfect English grammar then don't bid on this project. Your writing skills should convey an interest in local real estate. 3.) Pictures relevant to the area should be used. (IE - If it's about pasture land in Kansas don't be putting up pictures of big buildings.) If you need to use photos from [login to view URL] we'll reimburse you for the expense. 4.) Be willing to be paid after the project is complete. If this bothers you then don't bid. 5.) Build the web page in 100% html. No cheesy image slicing. 6.) PM me at least 5 samples of your work. Do a good job and you'll get plenty more work. This isn't the first time we've posted this project. We've gotten some good designers out of this project, and all of them are doing ongoing work for us outside of GAF. Bid $40 on this project if you want to be considered.
