Cashback + Deal website copy

Hello, We need a combination of the following :: slickdeals + fatwallet We need to build a site similar to that of Slickdeals... layout needs to change a bit.. Adding new deals... on these sites.. it\'s kinda difficult for newbies... Rather.. we want our deal submission to be like this (front end) [login to view URL] (top right hand corner of the page .. click on TIP US).. simple and easy (for registered members of course) So, 1) A Deal Site like SlickDeals with easier submission from front page 2) Cashback abilities --- But we would like 2 options here... Ability to give to a Charity or ability to take the cashback to the user... and Disable the user\'s cashback in the beginning and only make the Charity cashback donation available 3) Back end management:: Fatwallet\'s back end is pretty neat... we want something like that.. you know.. click / purchase / activity history We will manually add the charities as well as an option for the charity to enlist themselves via a easy form submission like on [login to view URL] (TIP US). Users need to register with email address.. captcha etc... Standard integration with Facebook Twitter for font page deals (and manual ability for forums) FORUMS :: If you think Vbulletin is best, we can opt in that direction or can just stick with a free forum or even Buddypress... what do you suggest?
