Design and develop Joomla website Shape 5 Elegance template

I need the Joomla website Shape 5 Elegance template designed and developed. This website will be for communicating with its members through theirs stories and video uploads, as well as organizing embedded videos (hosted on a variety of websites) including a description of the video, a comments section, a forum, and a rating section. It will need a forum where users can register their own profiles, as well as submit content, and the ability to organize the videos based on a variety of factors (title, topic, etc). This will not need to be a complicated design, as long as it's functional and easy to navigate. I have the template and need you to be able to do a data dump in mySQL so that my template will look exactly like the demo site. The website needs to be developed with the Jomsocial community component (a must to be set up by you) and can utilize any other free Joomla templates, modules, components necessary, etc. This can become an ongoing job for future tweaking of the Shape 5 Elegance template and all of it’s components. .
