Ecommerce website - Referral system, affiliate, associate, paypal pro, AWS

I am in need of finishing up a website that is in progress, so still not complete. This website sells QR codes. They are numbered, and work on a automated count system as sales happen. These QR codes are stickers and affixed to monuments, and when scanned with a phone, will go to a personalized web page. Other features in this site allow referrals, email address put in from a person who bought a product, so they receive money. This payment to the referral email gets paid either by paypal email, or check. There is affiliate, this system allows url's to this site to make purchases and logs the sales in the affiliate account. The affliate account has graphic files for other sites to put the ad on their website to go back to mine. There is associates, they can buy in groups of QR codes. They administer there own sales. All payments throughout the site is Paypal Pro. They have a user interface to setup each QR code for each customer. Each QR code sold allows the following features. They can add videos, audio, biography, family tree, obituary, pictures, and links. AWS (amazon web services) handles the uploads from customers of audio and video, and pictures. All video goes through ElasticTranscoder, a service that is offered with AWS. So some knowledge of this will be needed or learned. This is currently setup and working. Features in customer dashboard, allow picture uploads, videos and all the above as mentioned. They can also setup to have locked access or password access to view there memorial. The php framework is custom from my previous coder for 8 years. I have attached file of known fixes and some additions to build into the site. If you are interested, I can forward current website for your viewing. The site is about 75 -80 percent done, my best guess. I need someone really good at this, as this site can be complex in nature. The deadline is absolute. The site will be needed to be throughly tested by you. I would like a paypal sandbox account so I can view the testing and test myself as well before the 24th. I am loyal, and looking for exceptional programming ability, self thinker, little direction and understands quickly the task needed, and can layout professionally if no design direction given upon mutual agreement. I am also looking for a full time employee to the right candidate. MUST TEST ALL WORK!
