have a website ([login to view URL]) which objective is to provide a free internet presence to small businesses and non for profit organizations in Africa. The website has two versions, French and English As this website is built on simple html, it requires me at every application to create a new sub-site and change some basic settings. I want now to automate the process by building a website based on PHP+mysql, where this process can be done without my intervention. The system will have to be very simple as the target users are not much internet savvy. After registration, they can log into an account where they can choose their site colors, and fill their information. Number of pages, name of pages can be chosen or modified. But on each template I want to keep a place for advertisement as it is the case now. The site appearance should be clean and neat, building on the current html website. During the registration the user can choose the menu color through a color picker. I am also opened to new suggestions to make this project more successful, or build it based on previous similar site building systems. An administrative panel will have to be created, from where I can check users, modify their sites, input the ads valid for all the websites, send emails to the users etc. The successful bidder will work directly on the site and will have access to FTP information and mysql database details. Other requirements include easy modification and addition of new pages to main pages, search engine friendly url, automatic xml sitemap generator through which new created sites will be added to general sitemap without the need to do it manually (not absolutely necessary but would be a nice add-on), automatic back up functionality, 30-days free support after project is completed to make sure to figs potential bugs. Companies or individuals who have done similar jobs (some b2b websites provide similar site creation options) and who can provide examples of their work would be primarily considered. Time of completion is not a major issue but bids over 150USD will not be considered. No CMS software please.
