Restructure eFront LMS Course Authoring Workflow

This requirement is for the redesign of the eFront Course / Lession Creation Pages as well as the Course Authoring Workflow. This is no small task and is likely a project best suited for a team. eFront is a Open Source Learning Management Software that has lots of great functionality, it is however not as intuitive to use as I believe it should be. I have used other LMS's that are built on top of eFront (with various UX changes and small workflow changes) and those LMS's work well. I wish to do the same. The specific requirements for this project are as follows: - Update the PHP pages for creating / editing a Course / Lesson - Redesign the Course Authoring workflow. - Integrate the Course Creation and Lesson Creation (for said course). Presently, you have to create a course, then go into the lessons section to add lessons to that course... this should be converted into a sequential workflow. The specifics of how the site should function and look are based on the TalentLMS design. The developers whom are awarded the project will be given access to be my eFront LMS installation as well as credentials to a developer account that I have setup inside of TalentLMS. I would like to discuss this with the developer / team prior to awarding the project. The desired timeline for this project is 2-4 weeks. This must be completed by mid January.
