Rightmove, Zoopla or Globrix Property Website needed

We are looking to create a website which allows estate agents and private individuals to advertise their properties. We need a clone of Rightmove style website but with a different skin (and a few changes) - this includes FULL CORPORATE BRANDING AND LOGO DESIGN, CODING AND SEO, A COMPLETE COPY OF THE SEARCH FUNCTION, CREDIT CARD PAYMENT FACILITY AND EVERY OTHER FRONT AND BACK OF HOUSE FUNCTIONS. Please bear in mind a couple of important things about rightmove website: 1. Rightmove is the largest and most popular property website in the UK, and also the 6th most popular website in the UK. You will see just from the website that their corporate branding is incredibly strong - in terms of branding we will need something that can match if not exceed that, otherwise there will be no point in continuing this project as we have failed before we have even started and i will need to know NOW before i spend any money unnecessarily! Please note I will be checking your work for credibility before we commit!! 2. The success of [login to view URL] is down to 4 fundamental things: A) its ease of use, B) Properties are advertised in "real time" i.e. properties have not been left on the website even when they have already been taken, C) their search facility. D) Ability to search by many functions i.e. Maps, Lists, Postcodes etc Firstly, we must keep the simplicity of the website. Secondly we must have a process where people can upload photos, descriptions, floor plans, and status of the sale themselves by a simple online submission form which gets sent for company approval before being uploaded onto the website. There must be an option where if the advertisers wants to cease advertising they just simply click on a box on the form, press sumbit and the property is automatically taken off the website. Thirdly, the search facility - this is the most important part of the website. Please take a careful inspection of the search facility - you must be able to replicate this search facility. The difference between rightmove website all a million other websites is that this search facility allows you to expand your search by X miles beyond your search area. You simply tap in your postcode (i.e. zip code), and chose whether you want to remain in this area or expand it by 1 mile radius, 3 mile radius and so on along with the ability to draw you own Map radius Please do not bid if you cannot replicate this search function as we must have this search function in order to compete with rightmove. I will need to know how you will be building this search facility so included with your bid, please state how this will be done. Fourthly, I am needing you to extract the data from its "Find Agents" page i.e. run a program to enter the name of every town/city in the UK and not only put this on my site but put it in an excel spreadsheet i.e. Name, Location, town/city, Phone Number and e-mail address In addition to the above requirements, we must a credit card payment facility. As I would like users to be able to advertise their own company logo in a "estate agent of the month" in a certain area i.e. London, Reading, Oxfordshire Please read and re-read the above carefully.
