Simpel real Estate website

Developing a platform for simple real estate website. This platform will allow real estate brokers to upload their real estate info to the platform. The real estate brokers have to be able to edit their uploaded real estate info, add photos (after the owner of the platform have given them permission). I will also need to be able to monitor everything that is going on in the website and I need to be able to make changes myself in the website. When the real estate broker are finished with the upload their real estate or the editing of the info, is the position of the property automatically going to be shown on a map on the site (Google maps). When buyers wants to see the real estate property, that the real estate broker have been uploading to the site, the buyer can see all the details of the property, but not the real estate broker information. Then the Buyers have to have more informations about the property, then he has to make a request About that he is interested in the property. then are the owner of the site going to make the arrangement with the real estate broker. The source code should be provided with the project. There should be a map of Europe or the world on the first site, so you can look for a property, a Specific place! The website will need to have a secure database. This website is properly not the most difficult technical website to build. The visual design of the platform is very important and the developer should be a creative designer and have a lots of idea to this website. We also need a logo on the site. If we find the right website developer. Then we are having more jobs for the developer in the future!
