Simple Wordpress Website.

I need simple website done in word press. I need custom design similar to [login to view URL] I will explain fully how I want it done. Feature Will Be: Facebook Commenting Banner Management- I will provide where I want ads at should be able to manage from admin. Seo Management. Each page I should be able to provide keywords, meta title, description Widget- Twitter Widget, Facebook Likes, Most Popular News, Latest News. Category Search Feature to search the content. CMS management should be able to management all the content etc pictures, embed video... . Pages will be Home, News, About Us, Privacy Policy and Contact Share feature.. Twitter,facebook and other.. with the amount of share number showing. Like feature feature on all news. Number of views on news.. Slideshow of picture from news as shown in the example website above. Should be able to be manage from admin and should be able to provide me with the size of the image for I can place it there and should be randomized and also provide with content in the url it should go to. Category Feature on Contact.. Should be able to create my own Category and apply content news in the category I want. Very simple project for someone that's good in word press. Please only people that have done this before please provide me with example of designs and example on word press website you have work on. Very simple project looking to get it done asap. Page speed has to be fast optimize well. We will check for all this so I need Php programming who knows what they are doing. Good Luck!
