Someone with php and ajax and design experiance

Looking for someone with "php,ajax,mysql,html,jquery,design" experience to sit right now on my website and do some fixes and changes to the website. Nearly 3/4 of the things that you will be doing are pretty simple, but i will need some heavy customizations along the way such as integrating additional smaller scripts into my own website, these small scripts are just small snippets really, that i have bought, so for example, a support ticket system needs to be integrated. Work should take about 3 hours starting from now, i will pay you $470 for the work to be done today, if the work is too much to be done today, i will pay you an extra $45 for each additional day you spend doing my website. Because of the nature of the job, i will not CREATE or SEND milestones or anything, i will just send the payment in FULL as a single once the job is done, so in other words i will ignore the request for any milestones payments.
