I am director of a start-up company based in the UK. I have a website already but am looking for a fresh design concept. The current website for my company is [login to view URL] I would like to hire a team to design and program a new dynamic website and database that functions similar to the freelancer.com website (although a more simplified version) The purpose of the website is to allow members of the public to hire and work with a lawyer. The public user can create an account and 'post a case'. The public user will enter the case name, specify a case 'type', specify 'area of law', add a description, upload files, deadline for completion and proposed budget. Lawyers will be also be to create an account and a profile (including portfiolio) for themselves. Whenever a job is posted relating to the areas of law they are skilled in they will be notified by email. They will be able to view all current job postings by logging on to the website and 'bid' for a case. The lawyer will specify the amount he/she is willing to do the case for, set milestones and a proposed deadline. The lawyer will also be able to set a time limit for how long the bid is open for i.e. 24 hours The public user will be able to evaluate received bids and then choose one to 'instruct'. Once the the public user clicks 'accept' the lawyer will be notified and will also then have to click 'accept'. Once both lawyer and public user have accepted the contract is formed between them. Similar to freelancer the public user will be requested to 'fund the Escrow' account. Once the contract is formed a 'work-space' is opened up (similar to freelancer ) in which messages can be sent, files shared, milestones ticked and payments made. Once the project is complete the public user will be invited to release the funds in the Escrow and leave feedback on the lawyer's profile. I am looking for one company to complete this project from start to finish. It is a complex project that requires website design, database creation, knowledge of commerce integration (i.e. taking payment) and email notifications. I am looking for completion within 2 months.
