This project is a fixed odds simulated racing game that produces graphical animations of horse, trotter and greyhound races for audiovisual distribution over WAN, Internet and broadcast television. I am in need of a experienced developer, who is able to program a few requirements which are needed to be integrated into this project. I will be supplying the requirements and XML documents for every task needed. This is a very serious project and I need serious providers with extensive experience who can meet the requirements and the deadlines proposed. At first I will negotiate with the provider and then consult with my client. Only after approval of the client I am able to award a winner and start the project. Be aware that also ONLY if I am sure that the provider is able to meet the requirements of the project I will award. The first assignment is as follows: A program that can handle the following; 1. Place Bet as stated in paragraph 1.1 Must be taken into account all steps mentioned in paragraph 1.3 & 1.4 2. Printing a Bet receipt The Bet receipt should have the information as mentioned in paragraph 1.2 - I need a detailed offer with a breakdown in price and delivery time frame and constraints. *GUI is not important right now, the functionality is the key at this phase. *Programming language preferences: PHP and/or ASP.net More details at bidding.
