Mortgage Communication Package

The need is for a stand alone software that will auto communicate and auto market based on give settings and selections.? Additionally this software should solve the need for 3 other pieces of software to communicate and pass information between ACT from Sage Software (as the database) and POINT from Calyx (a mortgage loan origination software). What is required is a stand along program that will allow seamless transfer of data between both software packages? so fields will need to be mapped and updated a minimum of every 4 hours. A custom ACT template will need to be created mirroring one that we have used. The software will need to simulate IOC campaign manager to send automatically email, fax, and auto print.? These campaign pieces need to be able to send PDF's, Word Docs, Publisher files, HTML messages and plain text reminders The auto campaigns must be triggered from various fields such as input dates but also timed features such as 2 weeks after. Should be easily customizable from the user side both in content and in triggers and customized campaigns. Will need to look at several fields to create If/Then statements on the campaign manager. ## Deliverables What is required is a stand alone program that will be user friendly to set up auto contacts based on "triggerable" events in either POINT or ACT. This software should allow customizable campaigns with simple click button features that will allow field ID's to be entered. It will act as a translator between the two products as well. I have seen items such as UDT and IOC that have created those items, but typically you need 3-4 pieces of software.? We want ONE solution to integrate and communicate. This should also allow the campaigns to add tasks to OUTLOOK or To Do's. The emailing of items can be sinked to Microsoft Outlook or what ever the programmer recommends.
