Reverse DNS Setup

Hi, I have a dedicated server hosted by 123-reg.co.uk. I have two IP addresses allocated to the server and can gain root acces to it if need be. I have an email broadcast platform set up on teh server and as my reverse DNS does not resolve correctly, my newsletter emails are not delivered. I know there could be other reasons for this, however, the reverse DNS is the first port of call that i need to fix. I would like someone to assist me on this.
