Sharepoint V3 Web Part(repost)(repost)

The web part has been completed however we want the excel document emailed to our 6 managers and right now it has an error.? We need someone to address this and make it work (shouldn't be difficult).? All other features are completed so just a matter of updating this web part to make it work. I need a sharepoint web part that will allow our staff to input hours worked over a 2 week period.? The form will be very basic allowing them to quickly enter hours worked each day over the 14 days.? If over 7.5 hours was entered for an individual day a new box would appear for explanation.? After this info is submitted it would be saved to an excel document in a sharepoint document library? and notify the manager by email for that office.? All of the hours would then be stored in one document for each pay period.? See attached document for form details. ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows?
