Website design (ecommerce)(repost)

We have 2-3 projects in serious need of a designer, the websites are all ecommerce. We are looking for a motivated designer and are prepared to pay for quality. We are looking for a long-lasting relationship for these and any future projects. There is some need for print-based design too, so any experience there will be a bonus. HTML skills would be an advantage, but we have in-house coders, so it is not vital. Please show previous work, as well as rates per site for the design. Please note this quote is for one site, we will be looking for the other sites after the first project is completed to our satisfaction. I have decided to make the initial bidding process very short. Please just submit introductions and previous work (inline urls are easiest). Once I have a shortlist I will provide a full design spec and I will invite all of the people on the shortlist to bid for the specific project. ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. As this is for design, we will require work to the same quality as those submitted as examples. We require the photoshop files as well as any extra files such as fonts etc. 2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables): a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment. b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased.
