Hello, My name is Tom van der Beek and I'm a Dutch PHP developer. I have experience with a similar project. Recently, i created a wordpress plugin which fetched assignments from multiple freelance sites. If you are interested i can ask my previous client for permission to show it to you. To get data from other sites, the layout needs to be specified to make sure only the targeted photo's are fetched. A problem which you would be facing is when flickr changes its layout a lot. Therefore i will add a back-end settings menu, so that even in case of a complete site renewal, you can adjust settings so keep everything working. I have prior experience with building Wordpress plugins, and I've experience with the Flickr API and the Wordpress editor. If I understand your requirements correct, you'de like to extend the existing WYSIWYG content editor with the option to use images from a specified Flickr account. I've been extending this control in the past and I've included Flickr images on the homepage of my companies intranet. When I build WordPress plugins I always add comments to my code so it's easy to extend for other developers. I'll write an installation/configuration manual and user manual as well. For the licensing: You get the full code, and you will be the owner of it. So you can sell the plugin to others if you want to.
