browser button mobile device

I need to get the browse button to work with some mobile device. Weather it is i-phone or windows mobile, please advice me in brand or type needed. We will buy hardware or software whatever needed to get it to work. Or maybe it is just a matter of a different DTD or configuration of the firmware on the mobile device.
