Change my header and add one to wordpress blog

I want you to change this header [login to view URL] Change the name to Grow Your Web Traffic and add some small graphical element on the right side. I'll add the tag line later. It must be very simple and creative that matches the theme of the site. Then I would like to see a header added to the blog at [login to view URL] that matches the home page. I will pay up to $40 for this simple easy task. You may need to give me several options if I don't like your first design. I want to be completely satisfied with your design before I will sign off on the job. I will work with you if you need guidance but I want someone who can work without much help if possible. I am not that difficult to please as long as you are creative and it doesn't look like you just copied a graphic image to the site.
