FLASH Actionscript + XML + PHP for 3D environment

We will create a 3D environment, make frame by frame animations for the transition between rooms. We need you - a Flash Expert - to make these interactive by using actionscript XML and PHP, you will be working closely with a PHP+MySQL developer. The flash movie will have 6 rooms, each room displaying information taken from the database. This information includes text, images, and streaming video. We prefer individuals and not companies, we just need one person to work one-on-one with our 3D artist and PHP developer. We also prefer individuals that have tolerance for ambiguity, we need a creative person that doesnt need to be told detail by detail how to do their job. ==== More details on the environments: Loading screen> Welcome Center - camera needs to move with the mouse 30 pixels to the right and 30 pixels to the left. The user will click on an item of the "welcome center" and this will bring up content pulled from the mySQL database Media Room - the media room will be a sort of auditorium setting, when the user clicks on the publications object, it will bring blog-type publications from the mySQL database. When the user clicks on the video "objects" it will bring a directory of streaming videos, all taken from the mySQL database. Training: When the user is in the training room, objects will bring content from the database. speakers: A room with a gallery of photos/profiles, when the user clicks on these it will bring information from the database on each "profile", there will be forms associated with each profile as well as a search function. office: objects will bring content from the database and contact forms will be available. activities: objects will trigger featured portfolios and current community activity. ====
