Printer's Website Programming Required

We would like to get the Following: -A printer site like [login to view URL] -Including -User accounts (so user can login and check the status of order - just a text field - post/view from website) -Payment via hidden paypal IPN -After a customer selects a price, they will be taken to an upload form where they can upload their artwork. -Their artwork would need to appear below our transparent .png file to show the crop marks for the printed product. Similar to this site http://www.overnightprints.com. -Customers will have to check a box saying that they approve their artwork. Once they approve the artwork, it will take them to the payment page. There they they will have to choose the details, then click "pay". After payment. Payment will work like a shopping cart confirmation using paypal's ipn - BUT I DON"T WANT PEOPLE KNOWING I'M USING PAYPAL ON THE SURFACE (I don't mind what the actual incvoice says). -I would also like to have an admin section that I can login to and see the orders (*email, *customer first name | *last name, *phone, *shipping address, *billing address) so I can process them. I would also like to show a link to the artwork they submitted. This way I can easily download it. In here will be the text field so I can update the order status. * = Required What I currently have: The full artwork and I will also build the site into HTML/css. BUT - I will pay an additional for the html/css if you would like to do it. I would almost rather that too. Any other suggestions would be great to. I would like to have a phone conversation clarifying the details and finalizing what will be done. Programmer Should start working on the Homepage staright away after accepting the project Note:- I dont need any delays ..I want you to make a homepage of it on the day we start project its quite simple ..I m providing u the design ..You just need to program it Note:- Bid above $200 will be Ignored and Banned !!!!!!
