Convert a HTML to WordPress + Arabic -- 2

READ IT BEFORE BID.i have a HTML site which needs to be converted to word pres + need to be converted to Arabic . i will provide Arabic translation as word format HTML available only in English.i need it very urgently. max time will be not exceeded 24 hour form starting of the project .i will give you access to a domain + Hosting space to upload the site. you must upload the progress on each 6 hours without [login to view URL] you will loose the project. i need the English conversion in 6 hours and and the Arabic conversion in the other 6 hours. half payment will be made on 6 hours after English version ready . ant the other half will be done after once the customer 100% satisfied and uploaded on the customer server and it may take a while to clear the second payment... HTML is approved by client however they may request changes and you must support it. Turms 1. first 50% payment on completion on english version 2. Rest of the 50% will be after successfully uploaded and customers approval. 3. you cant contact the client by any mean. 4. you cant use any resources given by us on any of your projects or personal use. 5. You must be available to support on any future updates (which will be paid separately) and you must do error fixing or bug fixings without any charges. 6. I need complete output in 12 hours and max time will be 24 hours BID fairly i may hire you directly in future projects.
