Ability to generate PDF forms using API data via a Wordpress site

I would like to have set up the ability to generate 2 PDFs on my wordpress site. The PDF design I will show you and you will have to convert to HTML and then have the ability to download this as PDF or email as PDF. The data for the PDF will come from an API from Pipedrive. I can show you the API link. It would work by the user going on to the wordpress website, entering the ID of the Pipedrive deal, the API being called and data returned and entered into the form, and then finally the page would be shown in the browser with a few fields that can be filled in via the browser before the PDF is generated or emailed. I would also like a check that when the API is called for the specific data, the user is notified if there are fields missing and prompted to go back and complete them in Pipedrive before the PDF can be generated. you can tell me what the best way to design the form is (e.g. in word, psd etc.) and i will create and send to you.
