Bespoke Holiday Rental Script

We're looking for a php coder to develop a custom holiday rental script for us. It would need search functionality, Google maps showing on one page with list of properties available, along with tick boxes to show/hide local attractions and towns aswell as other tick boxes to show features. When ticked the properties would show depending on what boxes where ticked. We need user sign up capabilities, where users can enter their own property details, and edit these details at any time, register/signup forms aswell. Admin area where admin can check listings and edit them aswell as ability to add/remove list of attractions and property features that show up on site. Admin would also need to be able to choose a background image for each page of the site. We can go into more details about this when we choose the right person for the job. Must be reliable, with good English skills, be available via Skype throughout the project, providing us with regular updates and allow us access to a website where we can see progress. Job needs to be completed within 4-6 weeks.
