Bug Fix - Seating Plannner HTML5 Canvas, JS, PHP, MySQL

Critical Project: Small Fix but need assistance Today! Serious freelancers only please. I do not think the fix would take more than an hour, seems to be a minor bug causing large problem. There are many additional milestones I can offer to freelancer who is able to assist and understand the table planner. I have a drop and drag seating planner that using HTML5 Canvas, JS, PHP and mySQL. It allows a website user to plan seating arrangements using drop and drag. The following functions work correctly: 1. Load guests from DB into the left panel (BUT ONLY LOADS FIRST 33 and not ALL Guests) 2. Adding Tables Works (With seats) 3. Moving tables Works 4. Moving guest from unassigned on left to seat on plan works. 5. Data saves correctly to DB and restores correctly if plan is reloaded. BUGS: 1. Only the first 33 guests are loaded into the left panel. Although the query doesnt have a limit so unsure why. 2. only the first 17 guests on the left hand side can be dragged to a seat, i.e you cannot scroll to a guest lower than 17th position on left and drag them. BUT when dragging guests higher up on the left, the list reduces and then the guest can be selected. 3. Placing tables on the lower section of the site stops them from being selectable. Each click keeps selecting the same guest. (Seams like bottom half of the screen is not selectable? NEXT MILESTONES: 1. Add a search box on the left so guests can be searched in the list. (Additional) 2. I want to be able to rotate the elements on the plan, currently the orientation of the tables is fixed, once the other issue is solved we can discuss cost to make next Function of rotation.
