We have been exploring options to help us take full advantage of our Geotab implementation. WallyPark is an Off-Airport Parking operation serving 8 airports (LAX, SAN, DEN, SEA, ATL PHL, MCO, and JAX). Our shuttle service is key to the success of our operations because guests traveling to and from the airport want timely service. We currently operate a fleet of about 150 vehicles. We want to create a visual tool to improve the success of our shuttle operations in realtime and we want reporting to create accountability for long term improvement. Here is our wish list: Provide our dispatchers/managers with a simple yet informative display specific to their operation/group. The display should only include the parking facility, the route, and the airport being served. Only those vehicles in service should be displayed. If traffic information can be displayed, that should be included and colored coded on the route map. The display should include color coded timers on geofenced areas/zones that reset to zero when one of the shuttles passes through it. Timers should be placed in the following areas: facility exit route, airport entry, and each pick-up zone at the airport. When the timer is under 5 mins it is green, when the timer is in excess of 5 mins it is yellow, when the timer exceeds 10 minutes it is red Add email or text message notifications that will be sent to the GM and Manager on Duty identifying any timer that exceeds 10 minutes Send via email a daily report of the previous day’s shuttle service with the following: Summary - Number of trips to the airport for each shuttle (Count each time a shuttle passes the airport entry point) Summary - Average duration between trips (Average the duration between each airport entry) Detailed – Listing of each vehicle’s entry to the airport sorted from midnight to 11:59 PM. Highlight entries that occurred more than 10 minutes apart in red. Detailed – Listing of each vehicle passing each geofenced area/zone sorted from midnight to 11:59 PM. Give us the functionality to adjust the conditional formatting on the timers.
