Build me WooCommerce Online Shop

Hello, I would like to have a WooCommerce online shop based on the design and features of this theme: [login to view URL] (we will provide the zipped file of the theme) Features: 1. Functionality of the online shop should be based on the functions the theme has; 2. Online shop should be running on REST API: the products, stock, etc. should be fetched from remote API; 3. Online shop should be ajax based, which means that going from one page to another should not refresh the whole website, but the transition should be ajax-based (as in Suha theme); 4. Users shouldn't be required to sign in/sign up when placing the order; 5. While placing the order, there should be custom fields; 6. Users should be able to access their order history by sending an OTP code to their mobile number (we already have the sms service) and by entering the sms code, they should be able to see their order history. 7. Online shop should have parcel tracking functionality, that can be also achieved by the API we will provide for you. 8. All Suha theme functions(i.e. Flash sale, Featured Products, banners) should be fetched from remote API. 9. We should be able to switch on/off/edit URL of remote API; If Remote API is disabled, what is fetched from the Remote API, should be then fetched from the WooCommerce DataBase; 10. Users should be able to subscribe newsletters by SMS instead of email. To confirm the subscription, the user must get the OTP code and enter in the specific field. Subscription can be accessible for both: registered users and guests. One mobile number can only be subscribed once, subscribed mobile numbers should be available in admin panel with AserAgent info and time. 11. Online shop must be in compliance with all WooCommerce and WordPress requirements so that other plugins and functions that are usually available for WooCommerce websites also work smoothly on our Online Shop. 12. Online Shop should have language support: we should be able to create the translation files and control language settings. 13. Online Shop should have local bank payment options and online installment options (we will provide the technical details for this); 14. New orders (including shopping cart details (price, items, etc.)) should be sent to remote server through API; 15. When remote API connection is enabled, orders shouldn't be editable from WooCommerce Admin panel; 16. When placing the order, in Suha theme, there is coupon code field. Coupon code should be validated using the remote API, which will return the response (e.g. {"success":true,"discount":"50","minimum_cart_amount":"150"}; Further details will be discussed in PM. Thanks
