Coder needed For Wordpress Site

I have a word press blog, and want code to be on a specific page. Once a user lands on this page, a screen will pop up. The title would be at the top of the box. Options would be at the middle. The answers do not need to be recorded, but I do need the screen to transition to the next. The last screen (screen 3) will have to have text in green with a fancy font that says "You Qualify For Our Survey Taking Program" and button that says "View Available Surveys Now". The button must do two things 1) Once the user clicks the button, the button will be hyperlinked to have this url:mailto:contact@[login to view URL] Taking For Cash &body=Click The Send Button To Have Us Email You a List of Our Available Surveys You Can Currently Take For Cash" 2) The button should also either open a new window, or redirect the current page to a particular URL, you can use [login to view URL], I'll just change it when I get done things on my end. This step will be used for tracking purposes, I will later change it from whatever link you put to my tracking link. Screen #1 Title: Are You Currently Employed?
