We have a designed email template that we need to send to clientele who then need to fill it out in full and send back to us. This needs to be put into an email through Microsoft Outlook to then be sent. Currently we are having issues with the template as it skews text, we do not know best practise on how to get clients to fill it in and all data needs to be returned to one email location so that that data can be captured. The template is attached for your reference. So i know you have read this ad please reply on your strategy to get this working. If embedding this into an email is not the best practise also mention this. we need to find a way to make it work. Also the errors on the template need to be fixed as they were never in the initial template.
