Create a speech to text detector on our website

We have an online platform for students doing quizzes. We want to create a speech detector to detect students' pronunciation and match the text (stories) that teachers put on our platform 1) students can log in to their account, click the reading (quiz) and read to the mic on a tablet. 2) the system will automatically detect their speech and the text (story) will be shown on the screen. 3) the system will match their speech to the text (story) that teachers paste in the reading (quiz) before. 4) if the speech and the pasted text match, the text will turn green. If not, it will turn red. 5) Students can try again to say it correctly if their 1st attempt is not successful, after the 3rd attempt if it's still incorrect, the system will say it for the students. Then students have to repeat the correct pronunciation in order to go to the next word. 6) if students pause and don't say anything for more than 5 seconds, the system will pronounce the word for the students. Students have to repeat the word as well in order to go to the next one. 7) at the end, the system will show the score of the students as the "accuracy level". *More details and pictures will be provided in chat. **Developers must be familiar with Codeigniter and GitLab, as we have different developers working on the platform at the same time and it's they way for different developer teams to collaborate.
