Custom website build, database and API import required

I require a custom website building that populates content to templated pages based on a custom data API feed (full details can be provided with examples). In addition, the specific requirements are: 1) There is an element of website management functionality required (CMS) so I can optimise on page content for SEO 2) The website should be built with performance in mind (Fast page speed, SEO Optimised code etc). 3) I'm not specifically concerned about the code used (HTML, PHP etc) as long as it is optimised and written using best practice 4) The website has to be responsive, i.e. it works on Mobile and Tablet 5) Hosting will be provided 6) I require two environments - one for production, and one for development 7) I require a backup utility (which could be part of the hosting anyway) so I can rollback any changes 8) All content will be provided 9) Designs will be provided in a PSD format 10) There will be an element of "cleaning" the data that is provided by the API to remove duplicates, expired data, broken data etc. 11) There will be custom coding required to integrate referrer links 12) There will be several key templates required for the site as per the Sitemap. I have attached details of the Datafeed to this brief and a proposed Site Map to effectively scope the project, ignore the URL, this was for an older site. Designs will be completed in the next 7-10 days. Require feedback and quotes in the first instance from prospective freelancers.
