Customise a WP Directory Theme

Hello! I'm looking to get some customisations done on a WP Directory Theme I will be purchasing on Themeforest. I'm currently looking at 2 themes and my final choice will depend on which one is best based on the customisations required: • Listable • Listify Right now, these are pretty standard directories where businesses can add their listings and customers that come to the site can search for businesses in their local area. In my case, businesses will be individuals that provide a service. In terms of requirements, I'm looking for a developer to customise the theme to allow the following: 1) A customer comes to the directory and, in order to view the business listings, they need to create an account and fill out their profile. This profile is where they add their personal details (name and email) and choose preferences based on what they're looking for in a business (i.e. preferred gender of the individual, the condition they need an individual to specialise in). Their preferences will determine the businesses that will be filtered in the search – so businesses will need to specify this information in their profile (i.e. I am a female and specialise in X and Y condition). These preferences/tags will be provided. Both themes support FacetWP plugin so not sure if that's any help here. 2) The business listings on the search page are automatically filtered based on the customer's preferences set in their profile. There will be some extra filters for customers to further refine their search on this page. So here's a quick overview of the user experience: (1) Customer comes to the site and is presented with the landing page (home page) and a get started button (2) Customer clicks the get started button and is directed to the next page to create an account and complete their profile (3) Once account is created, they are logged in and take to the search page where the businesses that match their preferences appear (4) Customer can further refine their search even more if required (5) Customer views the business listings, which is functionality that exists in the directory theme already. I'd like to have a chat about the best WP theme to use before purchasing it. Once purchased, I'll provide the theme files. If possible, I'd ideally like these customisations in the form of a plugin if possible but happy to chat about the best way it can be done. There is need for a pretty quick turn around with this as you can see (sorry about that!) so I need someone that's able to start on this asap and can work quick-smart :) If you have any questions, let me know.
