Regional company in Austin is seeking an experienced dispatcher with data entry in any state in USA. Individual must have strong verbal and written communication skills and work well in a team environment. Job Duties Include: - Scheduling pickups and deliveries - Inputting critical data into dispatch and tracking system - Assign drivers to specific stops and routes and make adjustments as needed - Prioritize orders to satisfy client specifications - Flexible to work various shifts Qualifications: - Must be detail oriented - At least one year dispatching experience - Good-to-excellent verbal and written communication skills - Familiar with dispatching software - Must hold valid driver's license - Fluent with Microsoft Office and Outlook Salary & Benefits: - Based upon experience and background - 401K - Paid vacation
