I can configure your server for email sending (SPF/DKIM/DMARC/RDNS) and configure the server for security. The ruid handler that cpanel lists is slow, better off with itk or lsapi and mysql version you should ignore their warnings to migrate to EL8 for now as cpanel just wants you to test their elavate migration (which doesn't work and is very buggy). I can upgrade to MySQL 8 if your apps are compatible but take a backup first as there is no downgrade path, if this an email only server then this doesn't matter.
