Facebook Live Streaming Script

I would like a 2 things created. 1. Facebook app that will give me a streaming key to go live. 2. A script that will access any ones webcam and mic and send that live stream to the facebook app so it will send to facebook live. To the best of my knowledge this can only be done 2 ways right now. One is to use a smart phone the other is to use the software OBS (Open Broadcaster Software) and a facebook app at [login to view URL] (click the blue button under the large image at the top). When you click that it asks for the name of your live stream and then gives you a key. You enter that key into OBS (Open Broadcaster Software) which then sends the live stream back to that facebook app which sends it to facebook live. I want to allow my members to have access to this app that you create and be able to use it with no additional software needed. It should grab their webcam and mic feed via AJAX or Java and send it to the facebook app. So many people here say they can do things only to quit in the middle of the project. If you can't do the above, do not bid. I will not accept any auto bidding, so I must see the words "NOT ROBOT" in your bid or I will just delete it. My time frame is flexible but would like to see it complete within a few weeks if possible. I am going to put in a budget that's about what I feel this should cost. However, that does not mean I will not look at higher bids. I just want someone that will do the job, do it correctly and get it done on time. This script must be very easy for me to integrate into my current membership script that I created myself. It also needs to be able to allow me to lock it up so that only paid members can use it and it can't be accessed outside the members area by someone just typing in the directory or name of the program.
