Find and install a Wordpress Plugin on my Website

I am looking for a freelancer who can find and install a WordPress plugin to expose a Rest API from my MySQL database table hosted with Bluehost. It is a Custom MySQL database I have created, with 1 table and the goal is just to record a log from another APP that I am building . The app sends log data in a JSON object via HTTP POST and I want the WP Plugin to just receive this POSTS and record them into the MySQL Database table. This job is quick and easy for the RIGHT freelancer and a great opportunity to get a quick 5 stars, together with the payment. I will hire right away, to get it done. I am a computer programmer and I am looking for a freelancer who can get the job to be done over screen sharing , in front of me, with explanations of what is being done, in English or Portuguese (your choice).
