Fix existing website to specific standards

I am in need of total revamping of my vacation rental booking website. Site has been developed using Magento and it is fully functional, but has bugs. One of the key components of the site is digital key code generating engine for remote controlled, digital door locks. I had a team of web designers redesigning all of the pages for the site. This is what I need to be done: a) Take these designs and apply them to the existing site. Some of them have been applied, but still needs to be completed. Some small elements of design might be missing. We need them to be complete by the developer using existing design elements. b) Site needs an updated payment system. Currently we are using WePay, but I need something more user friendly where payments could be held in the escrow account and released to the property owners by us after the first day of confirmed guest visit. Credit card, paypal and other methods should be included. c) Basic mobile version. d) All site functionality would need to be tested prior to release. Currently our site is working but buggy, so these bugs will need to be fixed, as well. Please look at the existing site, make sure you understand what we do prior of making any offers. Experience with Magento, PHP, MySQL would be a must. You will be required to host our code on your server, and give us a link so we can track your progress.
