Hi! This reads like a somewhat typical task, at least seems to me that I already have the various parts needed. However, I would personally not install Web Content Extractor, as from the screenshots it appears you could simply do a CSV, XML or HTML export, and that might likely be fine as a data source for import into another database (maybe there's some remote chance to also work with the original source file, but...rather prefering open/standard formats?). Now, HTTP GET and POST target a WWW server, while SQL databases, like MySQL/MariaDB (as added to the skill tag list), use their own specific internal protocols for their corresponding clients. Therefore, to script/program a Web server to talk to a database, too from your skill tag list, adding some simple PHP ("API" endpoint) to receive GET/POST requests could be a way, and in order to to submit these GET/POST requests, guess a local/native client needs to be made (Java? C++? Python? C#? other?), and that could then read the CSV/XML/HTML as exported from WCE, send it to the remote WWW server which handles the GET/POST in PHP, as such PHP inserts the data into a MySQL/MariaDB via subsequent SQL queries.
Are you saying you don't have a database made/installed/running yet, and/or not some tables? Because then I simply would make such as well based on your data source/fields/columns. Maybe there could even be some field/column mapping, potentially configured per drop-downs, drag&drop, or similar.
