Make a new website

Hello, I need a complex website (italian Language and oriented - English): My work is to rent Apple Computer. Noleggio Apple Computer in Verona, Milano, Treviso, Padova, Veneto, Lombardia (an area of 200km around Verona). My company cobrand is NOLOMAC. [login to view URL] and .it. I've to create an Italian Website. I need great Google ranking work for some keyword as "noleggio computer Apple" "noleggio Apple" "Noleggio iMac" "Noleggio Computer Verona" "Verona Apple" "Noleggio Computer Apple Verona" "Apple Verona" etc... I need website in Joomla or Wordpress. All Codes will be sent in my mailbox and supported after uploaded. There will be classic pages as : "Chi siamo" it is an italian and english history of the company, "Noleggio" it describes company focus (we rent Apple computer). "Tariffe" where there is a calculator to make an example of costs (numbers of computer client + selected services * cost for each services). There is an area called "Ticket" where an user can profile himself as user or technician and open a ticket (as USER) or solve a ticket (as TECHNICIAN) booking with calendar. I must approve technician registration, and users tickets. Every technician has a calendar, each calendar can be filled with users booking. This area wil be called "ASSISTENZA". There is "PARTNERS" and It will be ask to register (Tecnician or reseller). Some contracts must be approved with checkbox. There will be a "RESELLERS" area. It will be used a calendar for each reseller and each reseller can plan objective linking future results as a date in calendar. I can monitor these calendars and objective as administrator. I can delete tickets. I can delete users or technician. I can delete Parners. Each partner have absolutely to insert mail, brand, approving contracts and be authorized by me. There is a news area but all graphics must be simpliest and less formal possible. Each content can be write or modified by me. Each content is Google ranking oriented.
