Need a website type inline editor system.

I need a somewhat basic 1 page website builder that has a way for the member to change the background image or color (full screen on image) or be able to add a youtube video by entering the youtube id for the background. They also need to be able to edit (inline) the text on the page along with full word editing (ie. size, font, color, bolding, etc...). It needs to start with them picking a template (you will see that in the video). Then it will open the editor you create. They will edit it and then press the save button. I need all the variables to be able to be passed to a script that I will build to save that information in a database. So all I need is the editor and then a save button that will then pass those variable to the next php script. Bidders please be able to speak and understand English very well. Be available to chat on Freelancer and answer chats and messages very fast. Be able to let me test what you are doing along the way so we can head off any mistakes. I need you to have your own testing server for this. So I know you read and understand this please put the word - SERVER - in your response. I can send you a video of an editor example. It does not have to function exactly like this example, but close. This video will show a few things that I don't want or need, and it also does not use an inline editor that allows the change of font, font size, color, bolding and such, which I do want. The video is really just to show you what I am trying to do. I need this complete within a few weeks from start (20 days at max). I feel like most of this will be just using scripts that have already been created and you putting them together so for that reason I am keeping my budget low.
