I have a custom OScommerce and have a issue. We have a fedex shipping module installed and it keeps giving us a 0 quote for international shipping. I need this fixed. I either need this fixed or i need the UPS module installed and made working. I also need a discount code module installed. Nothing done can break the current system. It has had alot of modifications so no module can just be dropped in and over write any of the files. I need this done today.

Hellou. I'm programmer and front-end developer with years of experience specialised in osCommerce stores. I've been working as technician on osc helpdesk. I was also moderator and admin on biggest polish osc forum. For coupons i can use contribution pointed by you or one of my favirites , depending of what functions do you need. As for fedex, there can be couple od reasons, starting with courier updates/changes... ending on soft change on server. It may be also minor error. In most cases it can be fixed pretty fast.
