PHP script converting UTF-8 CSV file to field list sql insert statement.

I need a PHP script that can convert multiple UTF-8 ENCODED CSV files stored in a server folder into MYSQL compatible SQL insert commands which first truncate the destination tables, then execute data insertion. I need the columns to be inserted into SPECIFIC database columns, which are defined by the CSV headers (1st row). The tables are defined by the actual file name. The CSV column count will not always perfectly match the destination table! This is crucial to understand my problem and why the field list is needed. The PHP file should process & execute insertion for all CSV files in the folder. NOTE!!! These are large CSV files - my server stack is configured to handle them. You will need to raise your resource limits to work on this project. MYSQL CONNECTION: Must use PDO_MYSQL driver.
