PushBots-like push notification system with Google Cloud Messaging (GCM)

Looking for an experienced PHP developer. You will work alone on dedicated cPanel account to implement needed functionality. Job has to be done using Metronic admin template (we've bought it and it's available). Features that need to be done: - Push templates - Segmentation (for different groups of clients) - Analytics (how many clients received notification, etc) - Schedule (sending push notifications on different time) The requirements from above can be seen in detail on PushBots official website after registering there (it's free). [login to view URL] The Google Cloud Messaging part: it can be done with your Google account but it has to be flexible so when it's finished we will change the API keys to match our account. It has to support both iOS and Android. The push messages send process must meet the following: 1. In admin panel, one fills the fields as in PushBots - for example, the field for push message content. 2. Then, he/she uploads a TXT file with phone numbers separated by new line 3. PHP script checks if phone numbers are present in a table 4. PHP script sends data to GCM with the phone numbers that are present in the table 5. PHP script creates new TXT with the phone numbers which aren't found in that table. There will be surely some more small details but the majority of work that we need done is described.
