Hello, As per your request, we understand you are facing an issue with email sending in your contact form due to port 25 is blocked. We shall apply the below solutions to make the application to send mails. 1. Use external providers such as Sendgrid, mailgun or smtp2go to send mails. 2. Connect to alternate port incase if your hosting provider opens the alternate port to send mails such as 26 or random port. We require following information so that we shall assist you in a better way. 1. Domain hosting provider. If you are using Google cloud to host your website then port 25 will not work. In such cases, you would need to use sendgrid or mailgun (where google cloud user may get free credit limit) to send out mails. 2. Does the send mail script uses smtp authentication or simple mail function is used in the script. Kindly note that, we will take necessary backup before making any changes on customer data/server and we assure that we will revert to previous stage incase if something goes wrong.
