SQL Database / Reporting Dashboard / User Log-in Credentials / hierarchy mapping - open to bidding

Hello. I manage a team of 100 plus independent agents that market a product in the streets (grassroots marketing) and receives commission based upon the approval/acceptance of the product. We currently receive raw excel data daily from our provider and then create manual pivot tables and such to identify which agent is responsible for what activity, which manger is responsible for which bunch of agents and then we ACH the agents and managers weekly their respective earnings. We also manually create reporting for each agent and manager to back up their payments. We currently use a payroll company to send the ACH’s. As you can see, a lot of what we do is manual, redundant and simply not productive. I am looking to create a custom (or perhaps an existing template that can be repurposed for our use) SQL Database / Reporting Dashboard that can be integrated into our branded website. This SQL dashboard needs to allow us to upload this raw data I referenced above on a daily basis and then automate all the required daily reports we are now manually creating. This dashboard should have hierarchy or some type of materialized path of data that based on the login credentials used when logged in the user will see their individual activity, earnings and reports. Above I described us manually uploading the daily raw data to power this dashboard however, in a perfect world we would be able to create a screen scrape of our providers app portal that all agents use when creating a transaction (currently our provider does not have an API) and capture all required fields (data entered and well as data responses) to run reports and appropriately payout agents and managers. This is a tough task however, due to the providers limited ability in supporting us with this. Based on the streamlining of the above, I then need to have the ability to auto ACH each agent on a preset or manually push schedule using an API with any ACH provider (we will provide this). Please let me know your thoughts, ability to create this and availability to get it done. And of course what you would charge for the project.  Best, -Tony
