I believe you have a misconception here. USER AGENT is not the server's property, it is used by the clients (typically web browsers) when they request a resource/web page to the web server. So, if you are using PHP to fetch a web resource, you need to configure the PHP (typically cURL) to use a custom USER AGENT string. - Joy

Ok, what you mean by making your nginx server act like an android is to make it into a reverse proxy, then spoof the user-agent to the final server you are reaching? If the above is not true, then perhaps I understood your requirements wrongly. And if that's the case, then please do not award me.
