I want an urgent simple IOS App to be developed

Dear Freelancers, We are an agency based in India and have got our marketing and business team based in United Kingdom. We always have regular projects to work on. We were working with a team of developers in India who used to work on our projects and we used to regularly provide projects to their team. However, recently their team is not responding to our emails and phone calls. So now we have got few projects that have got quite steep deadline and needs to be completed and delivered to our clients. These projects are all our repeat clients and hence anyhow we have to deliver the projects on time. Project A: WE ARE HOUSE Our client is an event organizer in UK and they organize parties. This is December and our client wants an IOS app through which users will be registering and booking tickets to the parties and individual user QR codes will be generated. The main USP of this app will be that the user visits the venue of party on the party date and time and shows his QR Code to the Bouncer (who also carries the Bouncer version of the app) and the Bouncer matches the QR code of the user with the QR code already existing in the database. If there is a match found, the user gets access to get inside the party venue, otherwise not. Our client has got 3 venues for now and his first event is due on the 15th of December 2016. This is the problem. Anyhow, we will need this done. There will be the CMS. For that we have already got the server (which we will provide). The IOS app has to be built and then published in iTunes and get everything ready for the client within the 15th of December 2016. Please check the attachment for the details of the project. We also have the PSD designs done for you. It is a very simple project. In the CMS, there will be a Login page >> Dashboard >> Gallery Management >> Video Management >> Information Management >> QR Code Management >> Ticket Management. I need to work with a genuine team or a genuine company who are sure that they can do the job. It is our assurance of regular projects to you if this work is done on time and in our budget in great quality. We are waiting for your quick responses. We can't wait long. We do not have time.
