I need a developer to create a script for 2 websites. One is called [login to view URL] and the other website is called [login to view URL], [login to view URL] and www.ebay-kleinanzeigen.de. On this website you can search for flats, do search masks, send new search results to either E-mail Adress, as Browser Push Notifications or via Facebook Messenger. Because a lot of people are searching for houses, within minutes advertisers take off their proposal because there are too many applications. What the script need to do: Whenever a new proposal for a certain searchmask is added to Immobilienscout24, the script should automatically write a message to the advertiser within the Immobilienscout24 System (there is a button called "Contact Advertiser" (Anbieter kontaktieren) with a customizable text WITHIN minutes. . This - in the most simple version means to: 1. Be Auto-signed-in on [login to view URL], [login to view URL] 2. Either via Push Notification or Facebook Messanger or Website (Scraping) beeing able to click on the Button "Anbieter kontaktieren" (Contact Advertiser). 3. Personalize Message by adding Name of Contactperson as the beginning of text When the Name of the Contactperson isn’t there (called Privatperson), the script should have no personalization. 4. Beeing able to add and exchange Message "Ihre Nachricht" with prewritten Text 5. Beeing able to A/B test messages to see which message performs best / get highest responses 6. Click on Button "Weiter" (Further) and Button "Anfrage senden" (Send request) Important would be, that the script doesnt get blocked by the portals. www.ebay-kleinanzeigen.de. Compared to Immobilienscout24 its usually Private Persons and not Real Estate Brokers. What the script need to do: Whenever a new proposal for a certain searchmask is added to portal, the script should automatically write a message to the advertiser within the WG-gesucht System (there is a button called "Send Message") with a customizable text WITHIN 1 hour This means to: 1. Scrape predined searchmask – it probably means you have to be logged in. And refresh site frequently 2. Whenever a new relevant Item (Flat or Room) is been offered, the script automatically click on it and write a predefined text 3. Personalize Message by adding Name of Contactperson at the beginning of text ( using name from e.g. “Send message to [Name]) The script should distinguish if a Person write his/her First Name or Last Name only. E.g. if the Persons Name is Jason Smart, the personalized text should be “Hi Jason”. If its J. Smart it should be “Sehr geehrter Herr Smart” (Mister Smart) – instead of “J. Smart” 4. Beeing able to add and exchange Message / templates "Send message to" with prewritten Text 5. Beeing able to A/B test messages to see which message performs best / get highest responses 6. Click on Button "Send message" Important would be, that the script doesnt get blocked by the portal. In general I do think there are 2 ways in approaching it. Either there is a new mail coming to the E-mail Inbox or you scrape the whole website and from there the script do the auto reply You will be asked to answer the following questions when submitting a proposal: 1.
