Wordpress multisite installation and website data migration

I require that the new theme is installed and most of the posts (articles) and pages be migrated from my existing installation. I would also like that the Classifieds and Directory theme be installed. I would like these listing as a category on the newsmag theme. I would like that when a user registers to the main news website, that it registers them to use both the classifieds and the main newspaper site. I would also need the SEO doing after setup is complete. Please take into consideration some alterations may need to be done to the website. You must speak very good English, all work would remain my property in which you have no re-sale rights. Our communications remain confidential.
