Wordpress plugin to collect emails before opening the page, adding the email to MailChimp

Here is a high level workflow for the plugin to be created: - Visitor will open a wordpress page (let's call subject page) created over OptimizePress- The plugin will popup a dialog screen asking for the email address (if not provided, subject page content won't be displayed)- When pressing submit, the plugin will check if there is a cookie for that email address (already validated)- If yes, will redirect to subject page, enabling the page content (dialog box will disappear)- If not, the plugin will make a MailChimp API call and check if email already exist in the list for a particular group (the group to be checked should be configurable in the admin options page) - If exist, create a cookie with the email address (1 hour expiration) then redirect back to the subject page- If doesn't exist, plugin will call the MailChimp api again to add the user to the list and group, and redirect visitor to another page (configurable in the options page) that will notify the visitor that an email was sent to that email with a confirmation button- When confirmed, visitor will be redirected to the a subject page again This is a (not so much) detailed description of the plugin. I will be providing an OptimizePress website (sandbox) where you can create your application. Some more details for this project: Database should be used only to save the option page configuration, but should use the Wordpress Framework to persist data. No new tables should be created  MailChimp API will be required to check if email exist or not, because the email should be configured to a list AND a specific group Code should follow Wordpress best practices for naming convention, functions, etc Plugin should be easily moved to a different website without hassle, only requiring the proper installation (copy to plugins folder) configuration and activation, meaning no extra scripts to be executed I am starting a new business and I am also a developer, but I don't have time to develop all the code that is needed to the solution that I am creating, so I am looking for someone that could work with me to code some of that code.
